Crisis just after Christmas! Both my wife and daughter desperately wanted to access I Player but could not. The problem turned out to be a dodgy "Home" button- solution replacement remote. works perfectly, the one that came with the TV was wearing out and this is considerably cheaper than the authentic replacement and although the buttons are in different places there is a list of functions to refer to if necessary. Very good buy for the price.

I think these Alternative remotes are brilliant. They feel better than the originals particularly the central section which is bigger. Some of the keys are in easier to use positions. Great product and super value for money.
