Delivery

• Where We Ship: We deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and all surrounding islands with a valid UK postcode.
• Dispatch Times: All in-stock items are dispatched the same or next working day. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
• Free Delivery Service: All orders include FREE Royal Mail 24-hour delivery as standard. This service usually arrives within 1 working day after dispatch. Please double-check that you have provided a valid UK postcode at checkout. 
• If You Are Out: Royal Mail delivers all our packages directly through your letterbox. If an item is too large and you are not home, the postman will leave a calling card. You can use this card to rearrange delivery or collect the item from your local Royal Mail sorting office. Please remember to bring a valid form of ID when collecting your package. 
• Safe Places: Please note that postmen will not leave packages in an outdoor safe place unless you have already given standing instructions to your local delivery office.
• Delayed or Lost Deliveries
  • Our Standard Timeline: Royal Mail’s 24-hour service usually takes 1 working day after dispatch. Please note that this is an estimated timeframe rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
  • If Your Order is Delayed: Very occasionally, mail can face unexpected delays within Royal Mail's system. Because this is outside of our control, we kindly ask that you wait 10 working days from dispatch before contacting us. In most cases, your package will arrive safely within this window.
  • How to Get in Touch: If 10 working days have passed and your order has not arrived, please email us at sales@remotes4u.co.uk.
  • What to Include: To help us find your order quickly, please include your order ID number, your full name, and your delivery address in your email. 
  • Our Apologies: We are truly sorry for any inconvenience or frustration a delivery delay may cause you.
• Out of Stock Items: If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will automatically place it on back order for you. This typically takes between 5 and 20 working days. We will email you immediately to confirm your order status if this happens.
• Local Collection: We are an online shop, but we do allow pre-paid or pre-ordered remote controls to be collected from our office during business hours. Please call us first to check stock availability and place your order before visiting.
