I'm really happy with the remote I ordered I prefer it to the original that came with the TV and it is excellent value for money, it also comes with a sheet that helps you to work out which buttons do which functions that the old remote did, that was really handy, I found the web site and enquired about finding a replacement and they replied next day that they had one i used the live chat on the site as i needed a bit of help ordering it and Leah helped me which was great and two days later it arrived, brilliant i was really pleased with the remote and the customer service. Thanks loads.
