Item was ordered at 1530 on a Friday and arrived the next morning by 1st class post. A very efficient service and highly recommended.
The remote comes with easy to follow instructions which are just a key to the meaning of the buttons - not quite the same as the original but easy to understand. All functions worked perfectly and this new remote has given my Sony HDD recorder (now over 5 years old) a new lease of life. Many thanks.

Although I would have preferred an original Sony it wasn't available, this was less than half the price and as good, so no problem. Service was exceptional, very helpful and the two remotes I ordered arrived the next day
