Excellent service. When I phoned up, I got straight through to a real person (Leah), not a recorded message and Leah was very helpful. The remote didn't arrive the day after I'd ordered it, but it came the day after. As this is December and our post can be dodgy, that's fine. The price (£16.79) was reasonable, and less than I feared I'd have to pay.
