Rapid delivery. The remote is very good but not as ergonomic as the original Humax remote. Some of the buttons for frequently used functions seem a bit haphazardly placed but the alternative has a very positive action.The reason we needed to replace the original was that the ' enter button' in the centre of the 4 arrow buttons was increasingly unresponsive and had to be pressed extremely hard for it to work at all, for instance when deleting a recorded programme. New alternative remote is way better in that respect

All I can say is that the remote arrived earlier than expected. It was just as described, just had to put batteries in and it worked immediately. There are a few more buttons on it compared to the old one and they are in different places but it didn't take long to get used to it. I'm very satisfied, no problems at all.

Ordered a new ‘classic’ remote too replace an aged and troublesome humax original remote ( the woefull central button ... can only presume was designed to FAIL ) .
