Bought this to replace the terrible handset that came with our tv. This works brilliantly and as promised straight out of the box. Seems to be excellent quality.
The service from remotes4u was really great. Ordered on the Friday morning, with us by the following lunchtime. Pity all companies aren’t as good. Amazeballs!!!!!

Speedy delivery, pop the batteries in and works straightaway. Far better than my original Toshiba remote which had awful plastic buttons that didn’t really work and the direction buttons went the wrong ways!

I was very disappointed with my Toshiba remote control. I thought our problems were something to do with our rural broadband not being up to much, but I now know it was the useless remote control itself. When I searched for an alternative remote, found your website, and read the comments, what a relief! Your product is brilliant and works superbly. I wish I had looked much sooner. After struggling with the remote on my new Toshiba TV for over a year, I had changed the batteries a number of times and no improvement was made, so i thought i would find a compatible Remote Control, well i ordered one from Remote4u UK, it arrived the next morning and once i fitted the batteries from my old remote we were instantly in action.
I actually had a menu button on the new remote which enable me to re-tune the TV and get the channels update that we had lost on Free view, the remote no longer needs to be right in front on the TV in order to change channel or try and get catch up.
Very pleased with the product, the price and the service.

It is great! Popped the batteries in and I was go to go! It is so much better than the original handset that came with my Toshiba Smart TV. The original handset was unreliable with pushing the buttons; it was very frustrating. This new handset is like driving a Rolls Royce instead of Del Boy's three wheeler!

My son managed to break our remote so I went with this alternative. It arrived in less than 24 hours and as it says, just works straight away . Seriously impressed and it also comes with a guide as some of the buttons are different to the original controller. I have laminated the guide and that is it. . Seriously great product, great price and great service.
