One of the best things about this company is the website. I found the remote I needed really easily, so I was able to order with confidence. I really wanted it as soon as possible so I phoned to ask about the possibility of next day delivery. The phone was answered immediately by a very friendly and helpful young woman who said they'd try but it might be difficult as it was Christmas. The remote was delivered the following morning, well packaged and secure. Honestly, I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They were a couple of pounds more expensive than Amazon but well worth it for the clear information on the website. And it's nice to be able to support a small, British company.
