My original Panasonic remote stopped working and I bought a cheaper imitation which did not have full functionality, so I was using the imitation remote to control the HDD player and the original TV remote for volume control. I ordered a replacement HDD rermote from Remotes4U on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. It just needed batteries and was fully functional immediately, no retuning needed.. The new Original remote really does appear to be a true replacement for the original and worth the price in convenience. Really excellent service too.

Really pleased with my purchase. My remote hadn’t worked properly for ages and it was really frustrating. Found Remotes4U online and they had some good reviews so I ordered a new remote from them. Do not believe TV Dealers when they tell you that you need a new Recorder Box for £300 - buy a new remote. This one does not require re-tuning - just put the batteries in and away you go - GREAT !
