Really happy with the prompt service. I had to order a new remote because mine was not working anymore due to heat damage. I ordered it and it came so fast and they put it through the letterbox because it fits and that’s amazing. I received emails when I made the order for confirmation, dispatched and delivered. Honestly, I thought I’d have to set up settings and it would take a while but I didn’t have to do anything because it was the original remote I ordered for my tv model, it worked straight away as soon as I put batteries in.
