Found the remote using model number easily and ordered late Friday night. Order despatched Monday and arrived Tuesday. I did contact customer services via online chat on the Tuesday early morning as hadn't seen confirmation email and they were very helpful. I hadn't checked my junk mail! All the emails were there. The remote worked a treat as tv also contained dvd player. Impressed by service.

After glueing the old remote back together I decided it was time to replace it. Found remotes4u. who could supply an "original " replacement. It certainly is not identical but it works perfectly
