Arrived very quickly, installed own batteries, pointed at compatible panasonic and all worked beautifully. We can now turn the sound up and down without 30 sec delay, life is good again!! Brilliant!
I had previously purchased a product elsewhere which was not good enough, (not as described on their website) I had to return it.
Remotes4u website explained clearly that the remote I purchased from them was not exactly a copy of the original, (some buttons are in a different place) but every button was present on their remote and it was designed explicitly for my tv model.

I phoned to check and was reassured by a very pleasant lady that I had identified the correct remote for my tv, It was despatched the same day and arrived the next day. It works perfectly and I am delighted with the remote and with the service. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.
