Ordered to replace an original unit that had almost broken in half. The replacement arrived quickly and looks well made. The only problem I had was deciphering the model number on an old and much used handset. After inputting numerous codes, the correct model was located. After that it was easy and the handset arrived on the next working day. Works perfectly, thank you. Perfect.
