I purchased thus remote for my elderly neighbour who is not on line, I said to him to pay that little bit extra as there were cheaper remotes on line, I am glad that I said that to him as the remote came the next day, I did explain to him that the layout may differ, which it did but it didn't take him long too work it out,and got to say he phone me up to thank me and he is extremely satisfied with the remote,it is working as it should,if I were to be asked again regarding a replacement remote would recommend they try your site first.
