How To Order

Please refer to the link 'Finding your model number' as this will assist you in identfying your appliances model number.

1. Firstly please make sure you are on the homepage, this brings you to the beginning of the order process.

2. Using the search box type in the model number/code of your appliance and click on SEARCH.

OR

The remote controls model number which is usually found under all the keys at the base of the remote, if it is not here then look in the battery compartment. Some remote controls will not have a model number then you should refer to to the model number of your appliance.

3. We carry around 100,000 replacement remote controls in stock and if your chosen replacement is in stock you will be given a price and can select how many you wish to purchase.

4. Select the postage method you would like.

5. Select the payment method you would like to use.

6. A confirmation page will appear that will take you to secure payment page where you can pay by any debit or credit card.

7. Once your card payment has been authorised you will be sent an order confirmation by e-mail.
