On arrival it would not control the unit so I called your help line where a very helpful youing lady explained that Panasonic had updated this remote, and quickly and efficiently gave me a code to match the remote to my unit after which it all worked well

Tried the new remote for the first time yesterday and everything we tried worked exactly as it should. Can’t ask for more than that. Spent the last couple of years having to push the buttons on our old remote really hard for them to work. Don’t know why we didn’t replace it sooner?!
