HUMAX was having page issues [but very polite & apologetic] so I found your firm online. The remote was delivered in 1 working day and free post. Oh, what a joy! I'd forgotten what a whisper-touch rc felt like. Its predecessor was so worn out (6 years' use) : wouldn't control the recorded progs, accessing the Guide was mainly impossible. The big thing was getting this replacement.

I'm delighted with my new Humax remote. The old one needed ever more pressure to operate the "Skip" button and was becoming unusable although it was only three and a half years old. In contrast the new one is a joy to use and it seems that all of the buttons are more sensitive than those on the old one. The price was reasonable and delivery was very prompt.
