I have previously replaced this controller with "original" items. Both failed with intermittent contacts. They cheap cheap imprecise buttons. The Remotes4U controller is in a far higher league_ solid and precise with that quality lasting feeling. Thank you R4U - I have added you to my preferred supplier list. If anyone doubts my background and evaluation I retired from 48 years in the Electronics Industry ..... so how many controllers have been in these hands?!

It came quickly and was responsibly packed for the post. At first I wished that I had ordered a genuine humax in place if the alternative. It has all the same functions as the genuine one but the different arrangement of the buttons means constant use of the guide that came with it. I have now got used to the different layout and markings. It works fine so far.

Buttons are all diffent but comes with a sheet telling you what's different only takes five mins to work out new positions. Other than that works straight off without any set up.
