Guarantee

All our replacement remote control handsets are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against failure due to a manufacturing fault. This guarantee does not cover damage to or failure of the handset caused by the consumer or any damage caused by battery leakage within the handset. Should the replacement remote control not operate with the intended product due to a manufacturing fault a new replacement or a credit note will be offered to the consumer upon succesful receipt of the replacement handset purchased.
