A.This can be either the model number of your equipment, which is usually found on the rear of the equipment. OR The remote controls model number which is usually found under all the buttons at the base of the remote, if it is not here then look in the battery compartment. Some remote controls will not have a model number then you should refer to the model number of your audio visual equipment.

A.If you are not able find your model number/code then call us and have the make/brand (i.e. Aiwa, Sony, Samsung, Sanyo, Hitachi, JVC, Philips, Panasonic, Pioneer, Toshiba, LG, Alba, Bush, Technika, Yamaha, Sharp etc) and the model number/code of the audio/visual product (i.e. Television, DVD, free view box, video etc) to hand. Call on 01302 361444 we do not use 0845 (local rate) or 0870 (National Rate) as these numbers are not usually included in standard rate tariffs used in most homes through-out the UK.

When you have found the model number/code you require then click on it to bring up the details and then click on buy now and follow the procedure to the point of check-out and then fill in your details (billing address being the credit/debit card registered address and the delivery address).
