Perfect service. Ordered mid-morning on a Thursday and received replacement Panasonic remote the next day, with regular e-mail updates keeping me posted on progress of my order. Put the old batteries in the new remote and it worked instantly. Will try to keep the dogs away from this one, but I'll be returning to Remotes4u should the inevitable happen!
