Excellent. My original Panasonic remote stopped working and I bought a cheaper imitation which did not have full functionality, so I was using the imitation remote to control the HDD player and the original TV remote for volume control. I ordered a replacement HDD rermote from Remotes4U on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday. It just needed batteries and was fully functional immediately, no retuning needed.. The new Original remote really does appear to be a true replacement for the original and worth the price in convenience. Really excellent service too.

Really pleased with my purchase. My remote hadn’t worked properly for ages and it was really frustrating. Found Remotes4U online and they had some good reviews so I ordered a new remote from them. So easy, just put the serial number of the remote in and an identical remote was ordered. The delivery was really speedy and I got my remote within 2 days. Works perfectly (I bought my batteries from them too).

FANTASTIC ! We ordered our Panasonic N2QAYB000780 - the actual number on the back of our original remote - and it is identical to the old one in every respect, except that it WORKS !
Do not believe TV Dealers when they tell you that you need a new Recorder Box for £300 - buy a new remote. This one does not require re-tuning - just put the batteries in and away you go - GREAT !
