Such a totally different on0line retail experience!! Ordered 3pm,delivered next day far superior product than that received from Amazon 6 days after order was placed and then non-compatible. The remote was returned with prepaid postage(what a palaver) only to find the postage for their delivery was NOT refunded despite the issue was their problem and I still await a response why I should have to bear that cost.
