Excellent service, very helpful staff. The remote arrived within 24 hours of the order being placed. The remote had a different part number (by one digit) to the one it was replacing. A phone call assured me that it was due to the old remote being superseded by Panasonic and was fully compatible, as indeed it proved to be.
