Arrived the next day well packaged and so easy to use didn't have to program it and although it does come with instruction leaflet I actually haven't had to use it because it is so easy to use. Really pleased with the remote and would definitely recommend remotes4u (UK) and if require a replacement remote again will get one from them again as it was so easy to find the one I needed on their website.
