I found the young lady I spoke to very pleasant and helpful and the service was first class
I received the replacement remote by lunchtime next day even though I did not order until mid afternoon the day before. All I needed to do was to put batteries in and it worked straight away
The only difference is that some of the buttons are in a different place to the original which is no longer available but I am getting used to that quickly
I also found that this retailer is selling the identical replacement remote cheaper than the replacement Argos is selling and they wanted £8.99 for next day delivery on top of the replacement charge and delivery was free from here so all in all I am very happy with my experience from start to finish. I would definitely deal with them again and recommend them to my friends
